Apple Pie Cheesecake Cups

Easy caramel apple pie cheesecake cups featuring rich creaminess, cozy apple flavor, and a delicious crunch — a simple, satisfying dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of SUMM! Apple Pie Rolls
  • 250g block of cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 1 Red apple of your choice

Directions:

 

  1. Bake or air fry your SUMM! Apple Pie Rolls according to the package instructions. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted unsalted butter. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
    Spoon the mixture evenly into serving cups and gently press down to form the base.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream, then mix until creamy and well combined.
  4. Dice the red apple into small cubes. Set aside for layering.
  5. Add a generous spoonful of the cheesecake mixture over the graham crust.
    Top with a layer of diced apples.
  6. Slice the baked SUMM! Apple Pie Rolls and place on top of each cup.
    Drizzle with the caramel sauce included in the Apple Pie Roll package.
  7. *Optional -Chill for at least 15–30 minutes before adding the Apple Pie Rolls or enjoy immediately for a creamier, softer bite.
