Classic BBQ Sauce Spring Rolls

Turn your favorite Crispy Chicken Spring rolls into a modern BBQ classic with some home made BBQ sauce!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ketchup
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup lightly packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp molasses
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp chipotle chili powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan.  Stir to combine.
  2. Place saucepan over medium high heat and bring to a simmer. Lower the heat to low and simmer until sauce thickens, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Let sauce cool, pour into a jar and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  4. Spoon or brush your favourite frozen Summ! Springrolls with prepared BBQ sauce.
  5. Preheat air fryer at 375 for 5 mins. Place the basted Summ! Spring rolls in the air fryer and set timer for 9 mins.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
