Heating Instructions

Microwave

1. Place 2 bao buns on a microwave-safe
plate and cover with a damp paper towel.
2. Microwave on high for 20-30 seconds or
until internal temperature reaches 165ºF
(74°C). Cooking time may vary.
3. Serve warm.

Steamer

1. Preheat steamer.
2. Place bao buns slightly apart on a lined
steamer basket.
3. Steam over boiling water on high heat
for 5-6 minutes or until internal
temperature reaches 165ºF (74°C).
4. Serve warm.
