High Protein Cheesy Buffalo Dip

This high-protein cheesy buffalo dip features crispy chicken spring rolls for extra crunch. A bold, easy game-day recipe everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of SUMM! Crispy Chicken Spring Rolls
  • 1cup of cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup of shredded Tex-Mex cheese (Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Mozzarella)
  • 3 tbsp of Buffalo hot sauce
  • 1 packet of SUMM! Sweet Chili Sauce *comes included
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp of crispy fried onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Garnish

  • Parsley

Directions

  1. Air fry the spring rolls according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and stir until well incorporated.
  4. Lightly grease a baking dish, then transfer the mixture and spread evenly.
  5. Top with additional shredded Tex-Mex cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, then switch the oven to broil (450°F) and broil for 3–5 minutes, or until the top is melted and lightly golden.
