Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce for Spring Rolls

When simple plum sauce just won’t do, try this spiced up Sweet Chili sauce to add a little zip to your spring rolls!

  • 1 pkg SUMM! Spring Rolls of your choice
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sambal oelek
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch & 1 tbsp water


  1. Add rice vinegar, sugar, water and Sambal Oelek to a small sauce pan.
  2. Heat and stir mixture over medium heat until sugar fully dissolved
  3. In a small ramekin, stir cornstarch into 1 tbsp water until dissolved and then pour into sauce pan.
  4. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  5. When sauce thickens and becomes translucent, remove from heat and let cool and serve with your favourite spring rolls!
