Thanksgiving Spring Roll Platter

This Thanksgiving, WOW your guests with a show-stopping spring roll platter shaped like a turkey!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of your favourite SUMM! Spring Rolls
  • Crackers
  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • Cheddar or Gouda
  • Hot Salami (Calabresa sausage)
  • 1 green or red apple
  • 1/2 cup of pecans
  • 1 pear
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • Edible black marker

Directions

 

  1. Air fry or bake your SUMM! Spring Rolls. See below
  2. Slice you pear in half and place at the bottom center of the board (round board is preferred).
  3. Chop your cheese and applies into thin slices.
  4. Layer your spring rolls first from the outer edge of the board working your way in by alternating with crackers, cheese, and salami.
  5. Add your pecans as filler for any empty spaces.
  6. Lastly add a sunflower seed on the pear as the beak of Turkey and draw on eyes with the edible marker.

How to Cook the Spring Rolls:

Oven (video instructions)

  1.  Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place Spring Rolls on a baking pan in a single layer and heat in the oven for 18 minutes or until crispy, turning once.
  3. Remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve with SUMM! Plum sauce.

Air frying (video instructions)

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (199°C).
  2. Place Spring Rolls into air fryer basket in a single layer and heat for 8-10 minutes or until crispy, shake or toss once during heating.
  3. Remove from air fryer and let stand for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve with SUMM! Plum sauce.
