INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package Summ! Beef Mandu Gyoza
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil
  • ¼ cup finely sliced onion
  • ½ cup prepared kimchi
  • 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Korean chili flakes
  • 3-4 slices fresh ginger
  • 1 cup Napa cabbage, sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 3 cups chicken stock or water
  • Cilantro garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare gyoza according to package direction.
  2. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan heat the oil and lightly saute the onion.
  3. Add the kimchi, soy sauce, chili, ginger, cabbage and water. Bring the soup to a simmer and add the prepared dumplings and spinach.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
