Chili Oil Noodles

Quick and easy chili oil noodles tossed in rich, savoury flavours, featuring SUMM! Chili Crisp Oil for a bold, spicy kick and irresistible umami in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 5-8 SUMM! Pork Gyoza Dumplings with Chili Crisp Oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp black vinegar
  • SUMM! Chili Crisp Oil (included) – use half or the full packet, depending on your spice preference
  • Noodles of choice (instant ramen recommended)

Garnish

  • Sesame seeds
  • Green onion/cilantro

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, black vinegar, and desired amount of SUMM! Chili Crisp Oil. Set aside.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the dumplings first and cook for about 2 minutes. Then add the noodles to the same pot and continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes, or until the dumplings are fully heated through and the noodles are cooked.
  3. Reserve ¼ cup of the cooking water, then drain the noodles and dumplings together.
  4. Add the reserved boiling water, drained noodles and dumplings to the prepared sauce.  Toss to coat evenly, adding more water if you prefer a more soupy broth.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions or cilantro.
