Peanut Udon Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of SUMM! Crispy Chicken Spring Rolls
  • 1 serving of frozen Udon noodles
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chili crisp oil
  • Hot water for thinning out the sauce as needed

Garnish

  • Sesame seeds
  • Green onion

Directions

  1. Air fry the spring rolls according to the package instructions until golden and crispy.
  2. Cook the udon noodles according to the package directions, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, and chili crisp, adding a small amount of hot water as needed to create a smooth sauce.
  4. Add the cooked udon noodles to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve alongside the crispy spring rolls.
