Pork Shiitake Gyoza with Sautéed Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg Summ Pork Shitake Gyoza 
  • 1Tbsp. canola oil 
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil 
  • 1 cup chopped swiss chard or rainbow chard 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic 
  • 1 scallion, chopped 
  • 1 ½ tsp sesame oil 
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds 

Directions

  1. In a medium, non-stick pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon canola oil and ½ cup of water.
  2. Add the frozen gyoza and coverSteam for approximately 10 min or until water has evaporated and dumplings are steamed and starting to brown on the bottom.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the dumpling pan, as well as the chopped greens and scallions. Continue to cook the greens along with the gyoza until greens are wilted and dumplings are brown and crisp.
  4. Drizzle gyoza with sesame oil and serve with Summ dipping sauce.
