Roasted Turmeric Gyoza

Enjoy the smokey taste of turmeric paired with our SUMM! Sesame Ginger Chicken Gyozas!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Summ! Fresh Sesame Chicken Gyoza
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric, ground
  • ½ tsp cumin, ground
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • chopped green onion and black sesame seeds as garnish

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together the oil and the spices.
  • Place the dumplings in a medium bowl and drizzle with the oil mixture.
  • Roast the gyoza in an air fryer for approximately 5 mins or in the oven at 425 for 10 mins, until nicely browned. Garnish with green onion and black sesame seeds.
  • Serve with Summ! dipping sauce
