Thai Basil Spring Roll with Charred Green Beans

These traditional charred beans paired with our Thai Basil Chicken rolls make for a quick and tasty meal. Want to dress it up? Sprinkle with some sesame seeds and drizzle with hoisin sauce and impress your guests!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg SUMM! Thai Basil Chicken Spring Rolls
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 lb dry green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tsp crushed Sichuan peppercorns (optional)
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Prepare SUMM! Thai Basil Chicken Spring Rolls as per directions on package.
  2. Meanwhile, in a medium cast iron skillet or wok set over high heat, add oil and heat until it shimmers.
  3. Add dry green beans and stir occasionally until well browned.
  4. Add peppercorns and stir.
  5. Remove from heat and place over top of the prepared spring rolls.
  6. Drizzle with Hoisin sauce and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
