Asian-Style Sheet Pan Dumplings

Celebrate Asian Heritage Month with these crispy sheet pan dumplings—packed with bold, authentic flavors and baked to perfection for an easy, one-pan meal that brings a twist of tradition to your table.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of SUMM! Pork Dumplings with Chili Crisp Oil
  • 1 cup cabbage, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2-3 Taiwanese-style sausages, sliced (or substitute with Chinese Lap Cheong or Filipino Longanisa)
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Chinese Dry Spice Mix:

  • 1 tbsp mushroom powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

For garnish:

  • SUMM! Chili Crisp Oil

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cabbage into chunks and slice the bell pepper into strips. Trim the ends off the snap peas, leaving them whole.
  3. Spread the vegetables evenly across the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Slice the sausage and layer it over the vegetables.
  5. Place the dumplings on top of the vegetable and sausage mixture.
  6. Drizzle everything with sesame oil.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the dry spices, then generously sprinkle over the entire sheet pan.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the sausage is fully cooked and the dumplings are heated through.
