Spicy Chili Oil Dumplings

Ingredients:

  • 1 package SUMM! Sesame Ginger Chicken Dumplings
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp black vinegar
  • 1 tsp five spice
  • 1 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp heated oil
  • Green onions
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Optional – sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. Boil SUMM! Sesame Ginger Chicken Gyoza Dumplings or any SUMM! Gyoza Dumpling of your choice for 5 minutes in chicken or vegetable broth.
  2. Meanwhile, mince garlic and slice green onion. Add to a boil with chili flakes, light soy sauce, black vinegar, and Chinese five spice.
  3. In a small pot, heat up your oil until hot. Once it starts sizzling, pour oil over spice combination.
  4. Mix well and add in dumplings.
  5. Garnish generously with cilantro and sesame seeds.
