SUMM! Chili Crisp Caesar

Celebrate National Caesar Day with a SUMM! spin on a Canadian classic. Our Chili Crisp Caesar combines bold savoury flavours with crispy SUMM! Pork Dumplings, chili crisp oil, Clamato juice, and loaded garnishes for a drink that’s packed with flavour and perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1.5–2 oz vodka
  • 4–6 oz Clamato juice
  • 2–3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp SUMM! Chili Crisp Oil
  • 1 squeeze fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz pickle juice
  • Chinese 5 spice
  • Ice

Garnish

  • Celery stick
  • Pickle spear
  • Skewered pan-fried SUMM! Pork Dumplings
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Green olives
  • Celery salt or Caesar rimmer for the rim

Directions

  1. Rim a tall glass with SUMM! Chili Crisp Oil then dip in Celery salt or Caesar rimmer.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add vodka, Worcestershire sauce, chili crisp oil, lime juice, pickle juice, Chinese 5 spice
  4. Pour in the Clamato juice and stir well until combined.
  5. Pan-fry your SUMM! pork dumplings according to the package and until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Assemble your garnish skewer with the dumplings, pepperoni, and olives.
  7. Top the Caesar with the celery stick, pickle spear, and garnish skewer.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
