Crispy Veggie Gyoza with Scallion Oil

Spice up your Vegetable Gyoza with a quick and easy scallion oil. It's easy, it's delicious, and it takes minutes. Put the scallion oil on anything and everything!

  • 1 package SUMM! Veggie Gyoza, prepared in air fryer
  • 1 bunch scallions, about 8 stalks
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar


  1. Place the gyoza in an air fryer and set the temp to 375 for 8 minutes. Gyoza will be crisp and golden. Keep warm and reserve.
  2. Meanwhile, wash and dry the scallions well. Slice the scallions and place them in a heat proof bowl.
  3. Heat the oil in a small sauce pan or skillet. When the oil starts to shimmer, remove from the heat and pour directly over the sliced green onions.
  4. Season with salt and sugar and give a stir. Serve drizzled over reserved SUMM! Veggie Gyoza.
