Chicken Gyoza Paprikash

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg SUMM! Sesame Ginger Chicken Gyoza
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 2 bay leaves
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • chopped cilantro or parsley to garnish

 

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet on medium-high heat, sauté onion until soft and translucent.
  2. Add garlic and stir.
  3. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add tomato paste and paprika and stir to combine.
  5. Add chicken stock, bay leaves and season with salt & pepper.
  6. Let simmer for about 5 minutes and then add gyoza and stir to combine.
  7. Allow gyoza to heat for approximately 5 minutes or until gyoza are warmed through.
