Chicken Gyoza with Moroccan Spice and Carrot Salad

SUMM! Chicken Gyoza

  • 1 pkg SUMM! Chicken Gyoza
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushed chili peppers
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 carrots, peeled and julienned
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced picked red onion (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F or 220°C.
  2. On a lined sheet pan with parchment paper, toss to coat SUMM! Gyoza with olive oil, cayenne, cumin and crushed chili pepper.
  3. Roast for approximately 8-10 minutes until gold and crispy.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, vinegar, garlic, and Dijon mustard.
  5. Add julienned carrots, chopped cilantro, and sesame seeds and combine.
  6. Serve Gyozas with a side of Carrot Salad.
