Korean Dumpling Bake

Cheesy, comforting, and packed with bold flavour! This Korean Dumpling Bake combines tender rice cakes and juicy dumplings baked in a rich, savoury sauce for the ultimate cozy meal. Easy to make and irresistibly delicious, it’s the perfect weeknight comfort dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of your chosen SUMM! Dumplings
  • 1 1/2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup of rice cakes
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang paste
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 1 head of enoki mushrooms
  • mozzarella cheese

Garnish:

  • Chili Crisp Oil
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Directions

  1. In a baking dish combine, the broth, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic and whisk to combine.
  2. Split your enoki mushrooms into smaller pieces and lay on top of the broth across the baking dish, followed by your dumplings (approx 12 pieces), rice cake and top with cheese.
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 30 mins and broil at 425 F for 5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  4. Top with chili crisp oil, green onions, sesame seeds, and serve.
