Vegetarian Miso Mushroom Soup

Nothing says soup season like a steamy bowl of miso mushroom goodness. Pair it with SUMM! Vegetable Gyoza Dumplings for the ultimate comfort combo.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of SUMM! Vegetable Gyoza Dumplings
  • 1 generous tsp of miso paste
  • 2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 5 medium sized brown mushrooms
  • Green onions for garnish

Directions

 

  1. Sweat the garlic and mushrooms in a teaspoon of sesame oil.
  2. Add in broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Once boiling add in the dumplings and heat for 5 minutes until fully heated through.
  4. Add miso paste at the end of cooking and stir well to incorporate.
  5. Top with green onions and serve.
