Crispy Dumpling Egg Skirt

Try this high protein crispy dumpling egg skirt with a golden pan-fried finish. Topped with chili crisp, sesame seeds, and green onions for the perfect bite.

Ingredients

  • 8 SUMM! Dumplings of your choice
  • Canola oil or any high smoke point oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Garnish

  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chili Crisp Oil

Directions

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a light drizzle of oil.
  2. Place the dumplings in the pan, flat side down, leaving a little space between each.
  3. While the dumplings cook, whisk together the eggs and soy sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Once the bottoms of the dumplings are lightly golden, carefully pour the egg mixture into the pan, allowing it to flow around and between the dumplings to form a skirt.
  5. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 4–6 minutes, or until the egg is fully set and the dumplings are heated through.
  6. Remove the lid and let the egg crisp slightly on the bottom if desired.
  7. Slide onto a plate, crispy side down.
  8. Finish with green onions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of chili crisp oil.
