Gyoza Appetizer Board

Celebrate the season with a holiday gyoza wreath board, packed with flavourful dumplings and beautiful, shareable presentation.

Ingredients

  • 1 twin pack of SUMM! Pork Gyoza Dumplings with Chili Crisp Oil
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 10-15 cherry tomatoes
  • 10-15 Shishito peppers
  • 10-15 slices of cucumber
  • Canola oil
  • Flaky sea salt

Directions

  1. Toss the  shishito peppers with 2 tsp of canola oil and a pinch of flaky salt and air fry at 375°F for 5–8 minutes, until lightly blistered.
  2. Pan-fry the gyozas with  according to the package instructions.
  3. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds, then make a slit halfway through each slice so it can be folded into a cone shape.
  4. Assemble the skewers by threading the shishito pepper, gyoza, tomato, and cucumber in that order.
  5. Arrange sprigs of dill around the edge of your round wooden board or plate, then place the skewers on top in a circle.
  6. Serve with the included chili crisp oil in the center for dipping.
