Miso Scallion Sauce with Dumplings

Silky tofu miso scallion cream sauce meets golden pan-fried dumplings for a cozy, umami-forward dish that feels indulgent yet light.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of SUMM! Pork Gyoza Dumplings with Chili Crisp Oil (10 dumplings)
  • 250 g of medium firm tofu
  • 3 stalks of scallions/green onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp of miso paste
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
  • squeeze of lemon juice

Garnish:

  • SUMM! Chili Crisp Oil
  • Fried shallots or garlic
  • Sprigs of dill

Directions

  1. Pan fry the SUMM! dumplings according to the package instructions.
  2. Blend all sauce ingredients until smooth.
  3. Spread the sauce evenly across the base of a large serving platter, then arrange the dumplings on top, crisp-side up.
  4. Garnish with the listed toppings before serving.
